His approach to the health of his patients is mainly prevention, teaching and guiding them towards an active and healthy lifestyle that allows them to have a formidable quality of life. Basing his method on biomechanics, he focuses on identifying the abnormal patterns of the vertebral structure. Subsequently, he makes mechanical corrections necessary for its proper functioning. In this manner, he helps patients avoid the pain, wear and tear caused by a biomechanical malfunction and the consequences that this brings. This is done through individualized rehabilitation protocols based on exercises, vertebral manipulation and vertebral traction. This chiropractic techniques are backed by substantive research and strong scientific validation. These patterns can unfortunately be seen in patients of all ages. Therefore, the earlier they are identified and treated, the better the results, i.e. ignoring the symptoms or hiding them with drugs is not the best way to go, as this only postpones the final result.
